Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner

Within CMHT, we recognize that nursing staff make up one of the largest proportions of our workforce, and we value the expertise and professionalism that you will bring. As a registered practitioner within CMHT, you will: Hold a caseload of service users under the CPA framework. Offer triage and assessment to service users referred into the service. Manage and assess risk as a large part of our role, making decisions in complete collaboration with all systems. Support, guide, and lead colleagues in your team. As part of this team, responsibilities would include undertaking assessments, working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs, as well as holding a caseload and undertaking duty. You can expect regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice. We hold a strong belief in team and individual development; you'll be provided with a full induction program and access to extensive training and career development. Qualifications

Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent. Mentorship qualification or ENB 998. Willingness to train to become a sign-off mentor. Experience

Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience. Demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management experience. Experience in the delivery of clinical interventions. Experience in supporting service development. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
