We are now on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on an initial 6 month basis. Reporting to the UK Talent & Reward Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, while factoring in the long-term goals of the organisation. They will be responsible for promoting the Company brand through recruitment initiatives and events, ensuring the most suitable candidates are hired to contribute towards the Company's future success. Key Responsibilities

Determine applicant requirements by having thorough intake meetings with the hiring manager to take detailed briefs, draft and update job descriptions and create engaging adverts that will attract diverse applicants. Provide a full end-to-end recruitment service, covering a range of diverse roles across the UK sites, reducing agency reliance by developing direct recruitment strategies. Proactively source candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job boards, internal career site, social networking sites), ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness. Create a pipeline of talent to support the business's medium and long-term hiring goals. Determine applicant suitability by undertaking screening before presenting to the Hiring Manager. Arrange/attend interviews, coordinating manager diaries and arranging any testing/presentations that may be required. Provide feedback to candidates and ensure ATS is updated accordingly. Train line managers on competency-based recruitment techniques. Coordinate the onboarding and induction processes for all new starters. Represent the UK on the EMEA Talent Acquisition Council. Required Experience

Minimum 3 years’ Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in recruiting within a variety of business functions. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience of working within a matrix organisation highly desirable. IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office suite. ATS experience - ideally Workday Recruiter. Experience recruiting via Social Media. Strong organisational skills with the ability to recruit for multiple roles at any one time and manage stakeholder expectations. Benefits
