Quantity Surveyor required in Brighton and Hove area. Are you a Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience working for Main Contractors, living in or close to Brighton? Projects are both new build and refurbishment and range in value from £250k up to £5M, and are a mix of traditional and design and build contracts. Geographically, all the projects are local, either in Brighton or a maximum of 30 mins travelling time.
Successful applicants will join the commercial team in their modern and purpose-built offices. You will work with a team of Surveyors, Buyers, and Estimators contributing to successful bids and excellent delivery of projects.
To be considered for the role you will:
Be able to demonstrate stable employment with main contractors Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Live within 45 mins of Brighton & Hove
