The Group Chief People Officer is a critical member of the Executive Committee (ExCo) and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Incubeta's global people strategy. This role will play a key part in driving the company's profitable growth, enhancing client-centricity, expanding market leadership, and accelerating key company strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment in a transforming business.

Responsibilities

Strategic People Leadership:

Lead the Global HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across all regions, including owning the people team budget - ensuring the most effective use of investments to drive value creation. Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the executive team. Drive the optimization, automation, and standardization of people administration to foster a self-service culture. Organisational Effectiveness and Insights

Utilise data and analytics to assess organisational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of organisational design and development initiatives, and use insights to inform future strategies. Performance Management and Reward

Design and implement clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and an aligned reward model focused on achieving profitable growth and EBITDA targets. Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement. Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Ensure competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across all regions. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company’s compensation packages remain competitive within the industry. Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to senior leadership on adjustments to salary structures and pay scales. Oversee the design and administration of equity compensation programs and short- and long-term incentive plans. Talent Acquisition And Talent Management

Design career experiences and optimize resources in collaboration with the COO to identify, retain, and develop top talent. Develop and manage robust succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key leadership and critical roles both internally and externally. Ensure that the most profitable solutions have the right talent in the right place through effective buy and build talent strategies. Establish clear career pathing frameworks that provide employees with a roadmap for career progression within the company. Ensure employees understand the skills and experiences needed to advance in their careers. Oversee leadership development initiatives that prepare current and future leaders to excel in their roles. Employee Engagement, Culture And Learning

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive development and training programs. Ensure these programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and foster continuous professional growth. Create a client-focused, data-driven learning environment, notably focused on sales negotiation training, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) certifications and AI adoption. Establish robust leadership development initiatives that cultivate current and future leaders. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities and support career advancement. Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work. Drive diversity and inclusion and ESG initiatives to create a dynamic and equitable workplace. Organisation Design

Collaborate with the CEO and broader executive leadership team to drive and implement long-term organizational strategies that support growth, sustainability, and scalability. Analyze and assess the current organizational structure, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company's strategic direction. Develop and oversee comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of new structures and processes. Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees during times of change to minimize disruption and maximize engagement. Support the CFO, COO, and CEO in creating operating leverage by utilizing lower-cost resources in key hubs. Employee Relations And Compliance

Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution. Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labour laws. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters with local People teams. Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global organisation. Private equity experience is a benefit but not a requirement. Agency or professional services experience is a benefit but not a requirement. Deep understanding of HR best practices and current trends in talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies that align with business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
