Senior Lettings Manager required for our client located in Dartford, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Senior Lettings Manager will work closely with their team, downloading new properties that they have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential tenants.
The Senior Lettings Manager will ideally have prior experience in real estate and sales with knowledge of the current market conditions with a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and lets.
Senior Lettings Manager Remuneration
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed period of time) On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000 (Uncapped) Car Allowance or Company Car 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) Holiday Commission 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday Pension contribution Life Insurance Company Rewards and Incentives Paid entry fees for charitable events Full package discussed at interview stage Senior Lettings Manager Requirements
Previous experience in real estate with lettings Minimum of 6 Months prior managerial experience in a similar role A full driving license Great customer service and leadership skills Strong work ethic
