Job Description

This role is a 12 Month Fixed Contract.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as Brand Ambassador. This unique role requires a candidate who can seamlessly blend responsibilities across sales, marketing, and training, with a strong passion for delivering excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a skilled trainer, capable of driving growth and fostering brand awareness, while also imparting coffee knowledge to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Seek out and secure new business opportunities primarily in coffee to go, also looking at opportunities in other AFH sectors.

Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Cross functional collaboration to drive lead generation and sales initiatives.

Provide sales support and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Monitor and analyse sales data to improve performance and provide actionable insights.

Support the coffee to go forecast, working collaboratively with operations and finance.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive organic sales growth in coffee to go.

Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials (both digital and print).

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Support the activation of our key growth drivers in existing and new customers.

Coffee Training Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on coffee brewing techniques, equipment usage, and product knowledge for both internal teams and external clients.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance coffee expertise.

Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and industry standards to ensure high-quality training content.

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and educating customers on coffee culture and products.

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of 3+ years previous experience within a branded and fast-growing food or drinks brand.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.

Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully surpassing KPIs.

You are results-oriented, think commercially, value every pound, and you’re a great brand ambassador.

An understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools.

Passionate about wanting to deliver excellence and the hunger to learn and develop new skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You have a passion for working within a small, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small or big.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
