About this role
Industry experience is a must in
Gas Chromatography
and
Mass Spectrometry , and is key to our growing business, with previous experience in a scientific development environment, you are the ideal candidate to join our team of motivated and skilled Development Scientists at Broughton. In this role you will be a key player in ensuring the
development, validation
and on-time-delivery of
high-quality methodologies
and results our clients need to drive their products to market. Key tasks and responsibilities ( but not limited to) Establish
validation protocols , working closely with Quality teams ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements to produce
robust, reliable methodologies and contributing to regulatory submissions. Provide
expert guidance on scientific development and validation strategies , ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. You will need to: Demonstrate 2+ years’ experience within the field of
Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry within a regulated environment Demonstrate 2+ years’ experience within the field of Analytical Chemistry, demonstrated through publications, projects or industry collaborations What we offer in return Salary range - £29K - £42K (depending on level of experience) as well as a variety of benefits including healthcare and holiday packages.
