Alton Towers Resort are recruiting Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our talented team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets on the Theme Park.

The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025.
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards. Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner. Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries. Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential. Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion. Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth. Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of. What you need to bring to the table:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable. A genuine passion for mind-blowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
