We’re seeking a talented Senior Demand Generation Manager who is looking to make their mark on our successful, fast-growing SaaS company. This is an integral role in the Marketing Team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers. We operate a try-before-you-buy model, which has worked really well in generating ecommerce leads among small businesses and the digital marketing agencies that service them as end clients, predominantly in North America and the UK. But as part of our growth strategy, we need to qualify more, higher-value opportunities for our growing sales team. In this role, you'll have a strong platform for success: Our brand is highly regarded in the local SEO industry 100% of new sales pipeline is generated through inbound marketing We’re a well-established company with over 7,500 subscribers We've achieved consistent year-over-year growth for the past 10 years We need a seasoned demand generation manager to build on our current success and bring new ideas, campaigns and channels to the mix. Someone who can own the demand generation lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue goals. You’ll introduce new ways of generating leads and accelerating pipeline, using your direct experiences in paid performance, affiliate marketing, content syndication, email marketing and nurture, and account-based marketing to deliver high-impact multi-channel, fully integrated campaigns. Success in this role requires a blend of creative campaign initiation coupled with a performance-driven, analytical mindset. You’ll be a strong project lead, methodical and organised, able to bring multiple contributors across Digital, Content, Brand and Sales to collaborate and deliver results. The role also comes with the line management responsibility of a digital paid performance manager. Working in this role means having a direct impact on our business's success. Key responsibilities: Demand generation strategy & execution, including budget management Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth Create targeted campaigns that encompass inbound and outbound tactics, including email marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing and working with others in the team to leverage content marketing, webinars, and events Experiment with new growth tactics to identify scalable channels for new customer acquisition Collaborate with the Sales team and Sales Development Reps to align marketing efforts and ensure lead generation programmes support revenue objectives Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for targeting high-value accounts Manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources across channels to maximise ROI Identify cost-effective channels and tactics to increase marketing efficiency while ensuring high-quality lead generation. Campaign management Plan and execute demand generation campaigns that engage target audiences through various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, webinars, and content syndication. Work with the content team to develop assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and ebooks that support demand generation efforts. Manage campaigns from inception to execution, including lead capture, nurturing, and tracking ROI. Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and constant iteration to improve conversion rates and lead quality. Lead nurturing & funnel optimisation Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, leveraging marketing automation and segmentation to ensure personalised experiences. Build and optimise nurture workflows, ensuring proper segmentation and timely follow-ups based on user behaviour. Performance tracking & analytics Own the demand generation performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, optimising based on data insights. Provide regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership, demonstrating the ROI of demand generation efforts. Monitor and analyse key metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, MQL to SQL conversion) to identify areas for improvement. A strong candidate will have: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech/digital-led business Exceptional campaign management and communication skills Strong copywriting skills able to write copy that converts Bold and creative thinker with strong project management, able to identify opportunities and direct resources to deliver on them Connector and influencer, able to establish strong relationships with cross-functional contributors and stakeholders Problem solver, able to think and act quickly in a fast-growing, evolving business, with a strong bias for action Familiarity with Hubspot and Google Analytics The Perks (The important details) Salary
