Manage a fantastic, modern nursing home with a great reputation in the local area. Join a highly rated company in St Albans with a strong care ethos. I am working with a wonderful nursing care provider who is currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their Dementia and elderly home in St Albans. The nursing home offers dementia and nursing care to older people, including frail elderly & dementia service users, and is currently operating to an excellent standard. The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best person-centred care. Candidates should have previous home management experience with longevity and a great track record with CQC. Minimum Requirements:
Experienced care home manager ACTIVE RGN OR RN Longevity in roles Strong care home management skills Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting Commercially aware with strong sales & marketing skills Strong CQC knowledge - Maintained or improved a rating Experience of managing compliant care homes Dementia experience If this sounds like the role for you, please click apply now!
