The Opportunity:
To join our client's dynamic service team as a Field Service Engineer based in North-West London that will see you representing the business on the front lines, where you'll be providing a high-quality service at all times, acting as an ambassador for their respected customer base.
Your responsibilities will include attending field service calls, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and preparing machines for installation or reconditioning.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of commercial laundry equipment across London and the South East region. Skills and Experience:
* Technical skills: mechanical and electrical experience; the ability to read electrical schematics (an electrical certification would be advantageous)
* Problem solving: strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
* Communication skills: good written and verbal communication skills.
* Work ethic: a positive attitude, pride in your work, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Gas Safe certification preferred (not essential)
