Social Emotional and Mental Health

(SEMH). The role is available starting as soon as possible and will involve working closely with students who have a range of behavioural and emotional challenges. This role has become available due to the school’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional support for students with challenging behaviours. Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience working with children with challenging behaviours. Strong understanding of Behavioural Support Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or equivalent experience preferred. Support and manage students with challenging behaviours in both Key Stage 3 & 4. Implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavioural Support Plans. Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
