Description Spend two years working across all areas of engineering to truly understand what team you want to join at the end of the scheme Assisting in the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes Conducting research to identify improvements in operational efficiency Collaborating with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions Analysing and interpreting data to inform engineering decisions Providing technical support to the manufacturing team Participating in continuous professional development activities Adhering to all company and industry safety standards Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Profile A successful Engineering Undergraduate (or equivalent) should have: A degree in Engineering or a related field - graduating in 2024 or ideally 2025 A keen interest in the industrial/manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in using relevant engineering software A proactive approach to learning and professional development Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of 29,000 to 31,000 per annum Opportunity to work with a leading industrial/manufacturing company A supportive, collaborative and innovative work environment Excellent career progression opportunities Comprehensive training and development programmes If you're an Engineering Graduate ready to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this role in Portsmouth.
