to join their close-knit team due to growth and expansion into various export markets.
What type of person are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing machine breakdowns, PPM, service, and reactive work. A background in manufacturing is essential, along with a good electrical/mechanical understanding, the ability to work well under pressure, effective communication skills, and a positive and responsive attitude.
If you can say yes to the majority of the points below, you'd probably be a great fit: Rapid response to breakdowns Carrying out autonomous and preventative maintenance tasks competently and correctly, recording work Maintaining control and factory equipment including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pressing machinery, lifting machinery Working within H&S and Food safety standards C&G or ONC in Engineering Experience in high-speed manufacturing or engineering environments PLC Fault Finding - Siemens, Omron IOSH Trained
