Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Team as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Warrington We are excited to announce that our client is currently seeking an experienced and skilled mechanical design engineer to join their team based in the beautiful city of Warrington. As part of this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing machinery and mechanical handling systems with heavy fabrication using 3D CAD software while complying with industry-standard codes. Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Design Engineer

Machinery & Mechanical Handling Design:

You will be responsible for developing designs for machinery and equipment used by various industries. You will create detailed drawings required for manufacturing purposes and ensure that the designs comply with industry-standard codes and regulations. 3D CAD Design & FEA (Finite Element Analysis):

You will use 3D CAD and FEA tools such as ANSYS to perform calculations necessary when predicting how objects behave under different physical conditions before manufacture starts. Ensure that the designs are robust and can withstand different physical conditions. Design Codes:

You will interpret technical standards set out within relevant regional rules governing engineering practices across multiple sectors including automotive and aerospace. Work closely with team members to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Required for Mechanical Design Engineer Role:

The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university program specializing in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) along with hands-on experience working specifically towards Heavy Fabrication / Welded Structures, Systems or Machinery development project(s). Skills Required for Mechanical Design Engineer Role:

Mechanical Engineering Knowledge:

Strong understanding of mechanics related concepts such as force analysis, kinematics, dynamics, fluid dynamics, etc. CAD Software Proficiency:

Experience working on one or multiple popular versions like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Siemens NX, P-T-C Creo. Communication Skills:

Capable of ensuring effective communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders through verbal, written, and presentation mediums. Salary Package Offered:
