What We Do Specialise in complex aluminium and iron sand casting for automotive, motorsport, and aerospace sectors Develop advanced manufacturing solutions using state-of-the-art technologies. Focus on lightweight, high-integrity casting techniques that support green energy and electrification Key Responsibilities Carry out plant and equipment installation in line with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Focus on solutions to problems to create an environment of learning and continuous improvement Attend maintenance team meetings to communicate production/maintenance plans. Install and set up new bays, and new and additional plant as required Co-ordinate with managers and suppliers on the development of new equipment and plant layout to maximize production capacity Maintain a good understanding of all the engineering processes within the Company and the equipment/plant used in production What We're Looking For Ability to read and understand Electrical & Mechanical schematic drawings Experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance Knowledge of Pneumatics/or Hydraulics A good knowledge of health and safety legislation Knowledge of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controller) Systems Why You'll Love Working Here Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and sustainability.
