Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Romsey, Hampshire
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Blaymires Recruitment is representing a Surveying and Consultancy firm based near Romsey who are searching for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their business.
The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.
The Successful Applicant will undertake project management duties while overseeing the replacement Cladding and Façade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management of Cladding and Façade replacement projects.
Qualifications and Skills: MCIOB or MRICS would be an advantage. Project management experience. A minimum of four years' technical delivery experience gained within a construction consultancy. Pre and post-contract experience. Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills. Strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software). Organised, diligent and commercially astute. A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
On Offer: Salary up to £65,000. Car Allowance £5000. Bonus up to £3k per year. Ongoing career development. Friendly and professional working environment. Hybrid working.
