Role & Responsibilities: Support the shift manager in leading the shift team Maintain, repair, and support the equipment Undertake scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations Diagnose Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults Prioritise system faults Accurately record all work undertaken Identify continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels Adhere to the Quality processes and procedures
Qualifications: ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or BSc or MSc Experience in previously managing a team (desirable) A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
