This growth allows them to offer great long-term stability for a successful Maintenance Engineer. They are investing heavily into the site, with a projected £12 million to be spent on adding brand new machinery and upgrading existing systems, meaning you will be working on a variety of machinery, including some of the latest technology on the market! The Role: The Role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities: Reactive and Planned Maintenance of all machinery on site Mechanical work on: Bearings, Hydraulics, Pulleys, Chains, Belts, Rollers, Shafts Electrical work on: Three Phase Motors, Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Inverters, Working in Panels Making improvements to the site, addressing common breakdowns and engineering solutions Working within a team of 6 Maintenance Engineers The Candidate: The right Candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will have the following: Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer on machinery Ability to work well within a team environment Ability to fault find and repair mechanically and electrically Willingness to work outside Availability to work every other Saturday due to business demands The Benefits: The Benefits included for the role of Maintenance Engineer will include: Great Job Security, working for a family-run business that has been in operation for 150 years and is continuing to grow Opportunities for progression to a supervisor role if you show leadership qualities Overtime paid at 1.25X and 1.5X basic salary Pension Contributions Holiday Allowance ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
