About the Role As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge medical equipment. You’ll ensure our customers have seamless technical service through repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting while building strong relationships with hospital teams. This role can be based in Christchurch or Auckland - we are open to mechanic, tradespeople, engineers or anyone with 2+ years hands on technical experience. What You’ll Do Provide onsite technical support, completing repairs and preventive maintenance on Stryker equipment. Work closely with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience. Partner with our Field Service Engineers to meet team goals. Build brand awareness by enhancing customer relationships Who you are A problem-solver with strong mechanical and electrical skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A confident communicator passionate about customer service. You have a driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a plus). Why Join Stryker?
