They are looking to add quality to their team with a new Quality Manager!

Industry Expertise: Knowledge of COSHH and relevant H&S regulations.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team, coaching, and training colleagues in improved ways of working.
Organisational Ability: Strong coordination, planning, and organisational skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas.
Emotional Intelligence: High levels of self-awareness and the ability to engage effectively with others.
Proactive Attitude: A ‘can-do’ mindset, working to high standards and meeting deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience interfacing with external bodies like suppliers, regulatory organisations, auditors, and customers.
Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and KPI tracking using Microsoft Office.
Training Expertise: Capability to create and deliver Quality and CI training programmes and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
Benefits:
MIP annual bonus – 10%
