The Role

As a Senior Mobile Mechanic for Zoomo Scotland, you'll be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring our business clients fleets of e-bikes, e-cargos, and mopeds are always in top condition, travelling across your designated territory to provide on-site maintenance and repairs to our valued B2B customers. Your Responsibilities Regular vehicle inspections and maintenance:

Including preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring vehicle safety standards are met. Providing on-site repairs:

Efficiently and professionally diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical problems, including tyre changes, brake adjustments, battery replacements, and more. Maintaining accurate records:

Keep detailed records of all service work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and customer interactions. Excellent customer service:

Build strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. Proactive problem-solving:

Identify and address potential issues before they impact our clients' operations. Time management and organisation:

Effectively manage your workload and travel schedule to ensure timely service delivery. Continuous learning:

Stay updated on the latest industry best practices and technologies related to electric vehicle maintenance.
