This is a rare in-house Family Lawyer position for a candidate based in the North for a leading socio legal national charity. We are looking for a couple of years PQE and the ability to travel to Birkenhead.

Our client is a well-established, not for profit organisation with a national presence in the UK. Serving the community for over 40 years, they specialise in advocating for the rights of children and vulnerable adults when important decisions are made about them.
Description
This is an In-house Family Lawyer position where you will provide legal advice and representation of children and young people in private law proceedings.
Profile
To be successful, you will need to have knowledge of the Children Act and other legislation relating to children and family law, Legal Aid experience, and the ability to conduct your own advocacy. In-house Family Lawyer experience within Not for Profit and Charities would be great.
