UHNM have positions for experienced and enthusiastic midwives. You will have completed a preceptorship programme and have experience of working within multiple midwifery settings.

Team working is an essential part of the role at the UHNM and superior communication skills are essential alongside versatility.

Please note that international applications will only be accepted if you hold a full (NOT PRN) NMC PIN, are able to currently practice in the UK and have experience of working as a midwife within the UK.

Main duties of the job

We have permanent contracts for enthusiastic midwives to provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. You will be part of the rotational midwifery team and have the opportunity to work across all our clinical areas. Please see the job description for further details.

You will have the opportunity to rotate around all our maternity departments which could include inpatient and outpatient settings. Should you wish to specialise in the community this will be considered.
