An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in South Somerset Therapy Team covering the Yeovil locality and the South Petherton Locality. Do you enjoy completing rehabilitation with a complex variety caseload from both Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with patients in their own home? Do you enjoy participation and running groups such as exercise classes and balance and safety? Come and join our friendly therapy team which consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Senior Rehabilitation Assistants. Main duties of the job

To work as an integral member of the Intermediate Care Service providing effective support to Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and any other team members. To work with patients undertaking therapy/rehabilitation programmes to support and encourage them to achieve their optimum level of independence and quality of life, as directed by team therapists. To work with patients in a range of community locations, including community hospitals and in service users' own homes with overall supervision from rehabilitation professionals. About us
