This post will involve working within our well-established CYPIT service, providing support for children attending mainstream schools in Reading and Wokingham. Main duties of the job

You will take responsibility for a dedicated caseload and clinical role under the direction of our mainstream schools operational lead. Work autonomously to carry out clinical assessments within your scope of practice, including identifying relevant therapy needs and delivering an individualised management plan. Be working collaboratively with education staff to meet the needs of children attending Reading/Wokingham mainstream schools. This role may also involve the delivery of training to education staff or parents. Ability to write SMART goals and provide advice and recommendations based on the needs of the child and their family/carers. About us

Qualifications

Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with HCPC. Post qualification experience in working with children or adults with complex or neurological needs. Travel

Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
