About the role This is a brand-new role, giving you the unique chance to shape and influence the future of claims management within the Wholesale Broking and Outplacement Services team.

As a Claims Development Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering operational excellence within the NIS. You'll collaborate with third-party suppliers, insurers, and Agents to implement and maintain best practices, ensuring efficient claims administration and oversight of large losses. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering a high-quality customer and Agent experience.

You'll build and nurture effective working relationships, provide essential claims information to insurers, and drive process improvements. Additionally, you'll lead and mentor your team, handle complex claims issues, and offer performance insights to ensure exceptional service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About you You’ll have extensive experience in claims handling, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in managing and resolving claims efficiently. Your background includes leading a claims team in a customer-focused and performance-driven environment.
