Nursery Manager
A position has become available for a Nursery Manager at a private children’s day nursery in Harlow.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of nursery management experience, possessing strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
Position Details
Your role will include: Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment Supporting and promoting the provision of outstanding childcare Supporting staff development Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery You will ideally have: Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent Minimum 18 months of nursery management experience Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes What you can expect: Starting salary of £50,000.00 per annum, negotiable A range of employee benefits Ongoing in-house and external training and developmental opportunities Healthcare and pension To apply for this Nursery Manager position, please submit your CV using the apply link.
