We are seeking a highly motivated solutions-driven Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance throughout the entire business practices and supply chain. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including quality planning, assurance, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer: Quality Management Systems: * Manage internal and supplier audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 standard. * Serve as the primary contact for QMS to maintain and improve systems and processes. Global Quality Oversight: * Provide quality oversight for the organisation's operations through regular visits and audits. * Lead non-conformance and incident investigations, including root cause analysis on specific issues. * Work with Business Unit managers to ensure continued compliance with quality-related certifications, including ISO 9001:2015. Quality Improvement and Training: * Maintain internal quality management programs and initiatives. * Manage the vendor assurance program. * Support Commercial teams with requests for Quality information in Tender responses.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience Required of the Quality Engineer: Educated to degree level or equivalent standard in an engineering or technical discipline [Desirable]. Certified Lead Auditor by an external body such as LRQA [Desirable]. Understanding of the global oil and gas industry [Desirable]. Knowledge of hazardous area standard BS EN 80079:34 [Desirable]. (Essential) * Strong understanding of compliance and quality management standards. * Experience in quality assurance and improvement methodologies. * Solutions-driven with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Certified Internal Auditor with demonstrable experience of non-conformance and incident investigation. * Demonstrable experience of championing quality culture in a business. * Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment working with key suppliers to ensure quality standards. * Experience in a highly regulated industry. * Experience of working in a professional environment and in a self-motivated, results-driven manner with a can-do attitude. * A strong capability in performing data analysis and creating bespoke reports using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
