Construction Manager (Roofing/Cladding)
Up to £60,000 including Van Location: London & South East My client is looking for someone with roofing and cladding experience, with roofing being the main priority due to the types of projects. You'll be joining the refurbishment team, where the split of work between cladding and roofing is around 70/30, with 70% of jobs being roofing. This position is aimed at someone who can work autonomously and run projects valued from £300k to £1.2m. There is an expectation for daily travel, as our sites can be quite spread out geographically. There is also an expectation to manage up to 5 projects at a time. This means the individual needs to be able to problem solve remotely if they can't attend the site. Experience with Single Ply, Green, Standing Seam, Aluminium, and Felt Roofing systems. 3-5 years experience in a site management role. NVQ 6 would be an advantage. Benefits include: 20 days leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 25 days over 5 years. Pension scheme.
