The Company - Groundwork & Civil Engineering Contractor
Our client is a privately owned, well-established construction company specializing in all aspects of ground works and civil engineering throughout the South East of England. They have built up an excellent reputation, working closely with both main contractors and developers on a wide range of schemes ranging from £400k - £2.5m (average project value is £1m). The Role - Groundwork / Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will commercially manage Groundwork / Civil Engineering schemes. All contracts are JCT, with lots of remeasurement involved. You will have groundworks experience, preferably coming from a groundworks/civils company. You will need to live within traveling distance of their head office in Dunstable and be willing to travel to sites around London, Essex, Kent, Cambridge, etc. Please get in touch with Sally Whittingham to apply.
