You will support the implementation of improvement projects associated with testing and manufacturing variability of IMMULITE products by playing an assisting or leading role depending on complexity. You will apply scientific and statistical principles and systematic processes to identify, collect and analyse testing and manufacturing data to assist in identifying root cause and determining appropriate solutions. You will take ownership of solution design & equipment specification ensuring appropriate data analysis, data presentation, planning, development of technical protocols and reporting for each improvement activity. During this 3-year Apprenticeship you will also complete learning modules and projects, and work towards achieving a BEng Hons in Applied Electrical/Electronic Engineering Systems. About you:
You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 5 (C) or equivalent, including English and Maths. You will also need 3 A Levels (or equivalent NVQ Level 3) at grade C or above, including at least 1 A Level in Science, Technology or Engineering based subject. You should have a flexible working approach, be self-motivated and have good time management skills. You will need exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be an excellent user of Microsoft Office 365 software. You should have an enthusiasm and interest in working in the healthcare industry. You must also have eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of this 3-year Apprenticeship, starting in September 2025.
