£31,650 - £49,084 depending on experience Tradewind Recruitment is actively working with a good secondary school in the Tonbridge area who are looking for a motivated and passionate English Teacher. The role involves teaching across KS3 and KS4, so suitable experience in these areas is essential. The role includes: Planning and delivering creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4 year groups Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing relevant support where needed Attending both departmental meetings and parents' evenings when required Liaising and working closely with others in the English Department to ensure consistency Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification Proven experience as an English Teacher across KS3 and KS4 year groups Excellent behaviour management skills to ensure students achieve the best outcomes in each lesson Legal right to work in the UK Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks This is a long-term role with the opportunity of being offered a permanent contract.
