Your Role Kuehne+Nagel’s Cooltainer division has an opening to join our Christchurch based Documentation team, to deliver customer and operational excellence for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and provide accurate and timely documentation and administration services to our wide range of customers. You will also be open and willing to assist with operational and customer facing tasks, as and when the role requires. Your Responsibilities To ensure Documentation and Invoice accuracy Ensure operational excellence, by liaising with suppliers (Transport Operators, Shipping Lines, Ports etc.) and arranging both import and export jobs within deadlines To liaise with the Commercial and Trade teams with regards to pricing and costs To ensure complete and correct customer contact data, service data and changes in KN systems To qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process To document, resolve and analyze all complaints and identify, share and eliminate root causes To create, review and refine customer reports Your Skills and Experiences Previous exposure to Logistics or Freight Forwarding documentation Excellent communication skills to provide high level of customer service and maintain relationships Exceptional eye for detail Comfortable working towards tight deadlines and ability to multitask Flexibility to adapt to change in a team environment Proven success in building positive working relationships with others Why work for us?
