Our client is a market-leading organisation, and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new CRM Marketing appointment. You will be working closely with multi-stakeholders across the organisation and deliver on data insights and CRM projects that will drive loyalty and spend from the existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities: Reviewing the customer loyalty scheme and updating it to drive demonstrable value to the business and all customer segments. Working with stakeholders and CRM team colleagues to create campaign briefs and translate them into campaign outputs increasingly delivered via your hands-on use of our campaign management platform. Collaborating with the Analytics/data team to ensure we effectively measure the incremental value of our activity at an overall level for multi-channel or multi-step campaigns as well as for individual messages. Management and ongoing reporting and optimisation of key lifecycle journeys, including onboarding and lapsing journeys as well as upsell. Leading the communications strategy for customer segmentation. Managing the Customer Rewards Programme & Marketing lifecycles. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximise the outcomes of the performance channels. Managing & developing data insights and having experience managing sizeable media budgets/marketing plans. Managing the client review process for the nominated client. Defining and implementing service management processes and measures.
