CONTRACTS MANAGER

1833 Based in the South East of the UK, our client is a state of the art craft brewery whose multi award-winning and innovative range uses the finest quality, locally sourced ingredients. They are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager whose role will focus on driving commercial growth through strategic business development in the contract brewing sector. The position demands a combination of commercial acumen, technical brewing and production knowledge, and strong relationship management skills to maximise brewery capacity utilisation and profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards. Prime Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead business development for contract brewing services, targeting strategic accounts Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from negotiation through to collection/delivery Deliver sales volume and revenue targets aligned with P&L objectives Oversee accurate forecasting, invoicing, and management reporting Collaborate with technical teams on product development and quality assurance Collaborate with the finance teams to maximise margins and agree on commercials Provide technical support and maintain customer relationships Represent the brewery at industry events to enhance market presence Essential Skills:
