to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exhibitions, joinery, or furniture/retail display manufacturing. This is a predominantly office-based role, where you will work closely with our technical team to break down models, prepare board materials with the correct tool paths, and provide occasional support in the CNC department. Key Responsibilities Analyse models and drawings provided by the technical team to prepare CNC-ready files. Use

to program CNC machines and define precise tool paths. Optimize board material usage and ensure efficient cutting processes. Collaborate with the technical and production teams to troubleshoot and refine designs. Provide hands-on support in the CNC department as required. Maintain adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Ensure tools and machinery are programmed and maintained in line with safety regulations. Skills & Experience Required Proficient in

AlphaCAM

programming. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tool path preparation. Previous experience in exhibitions, joinery, or furniture/retail display manufacturing. Ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D models. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in both office and workshop environments.
