Role Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. Base Location: Nine Elms (No van required). Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and repair of HIU (Heat Interface Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units). Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations. About You:
Proven experience as a HIU / FCU engineer. Experience with Evinox and Kamo HIUs and Ability FCUs is preferred. Strong knowledge of building services and HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
