this can be based at either our Farnham, Canterbury or Epsom Campus Position: Timetabling Officer As a Timetabling Officer, you will have responsibility for a School and will interact regularly with academic and professional services colleagues across the university. You will apply detailed knowledge and understanding of timetabling practices to work collaboratively with other timetable colleagues to deliver high quality academic timetables. Your previous experience, use and understanding of timetabling software requirements will help you identify opportunities for development and enable continued provision of a high standard service to our students and staff. In addition, this role also proactively supports our communities with timetabling queries and room booking requests, as well as supporting full use of our wide range of technical resources. The post requires a high level of attention to detail with strong organisational, liaison and communication skills. You will be confident, able to positively challenge accepted norms, seek new ways of working and be solutions focused. Working in a small team, you should be able to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, be able to understand their needs and always strive to deliver an exceptional service. At UCA, full-time working hours are 36 hours & 15 minutes per week. Salary:
