£30-35k About the Client We’re working with a respected organisation known for providing fantastic payroll services to a variety of clients. They’re proud of their supportive, down-to-earth culture, where everyone’s input is valued, and open communication is key to building great relationships. About the Role If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and make a real difference. You’ll be supporting clients by running their payrolls accurately and on time, helping with queries, and ensuring everything stays on track.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Running weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and one-off payrolls for different clients. • Keeping everything up to date—from salaries and bonuses to deductions and pensions. • Answering client questions and sorting out any issues in a helpful, timely way. • Submitting reports to HMRC to keep things compliant. • Managing pensions and auto-enrolment so nothing falls through the cracks. • Calculating holiday pay, overtime, and any other adjustments. • Supporting the team with year-end tasks like P60s and P11Ds. • Staying on top of payroll legislation and helping clients stay compliant. About You You’ve got experience in a payroll bureau environment—and a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation. You’re comfortable using software like Sage and have great attention to detail. You’re organised, proactive, and a great communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients. What You’ll Get in Return You’ll get plenty of opportunities for training and professional development, and the option for hybrid working once you’ve settled in. On top of that, there’s private health insurance, pension contributions, and the chance to work with a genuinely supportive and fun team where everyone looks out for each other and celebrates wins together!
