Job Summary: This strategic role is within the Senior Leadership Team. As a Manufacturing Manager, you will assume responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of all production activities within the business, the management and development of people, and all health, safety, welfare, and environmental objectives.
Key duties: Effective and efficient management of the production and operational department. Continuous development and execution of a strategic growth plan. Engagement and development of people. Health, safety, and training. Innovation and best practice. Sustainability and Environmental goals. Cost down initiatives. KPI management and reporting. Any other reasonable requests to support the smooth running of the company. The above serves as a framework for the role, though not exhaustive.
Skills & Experience Requirements: Demonstrable experience and achievements within a multi-channel engineering sector. Demonstrable health and safety experience and qualifications. Demonstrable experience of change management. Demonstrable experience of fostering a good to great culture.
