In this pivotal role, you will provide essential technical support and ensure seamless IT operations across this Birmingham based organisation. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing first-line support for all IT systems and equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving queries promptly. Supporting colleagues across the organisation with IT and telephony needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working with third-party providers to manage IT support incidents and maintain service levels. Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, including hardware installation, telephony, and ensuring up-to-date asset records. Collaborating on IT projects, implementing system changes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Delivering user training and maintaining comprehensive support documentation. What you’ll need to succeed: At least two years of experience in an IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, and SharePoint. A proactive, self-motivated approach, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Practical understanding of data protection principles and IT security best practices. Experience with Mac equipment and project management is desirable but not essential.
