September 11, 2024 Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a building and civil engineering company in their search for an Architect The role is for an Architect, who can comfortably commute to Hemel to assist with the construction of 7 live projects ranging from power facilities and commercial offices. This is a hybrid role and remote working is available. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract. Responsibilities for Architect
All 7 projects are in construction phase and have gone through the initial design stage. So this role will require someone who has experience at the back end. Will be more constructional support, with RFI's ect. Ideally someone who is client facing would be great. Respond to contractor / client requests Requirements for Architect
10 years' experience Revit based and very proficient, we will provide a Revit test for successful candidates. Experience in commercial or industrial rather than residential. Ability to run a project and directly respond to contractor / client requests. Based at least 4 days in the office at Hemel Hempstead (ideally) Contract based 3 months (renewable).
