Role Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role focuses primarily on CNC turning with some milling tasks. You will be responsible for reading engineering drawings, programming CNC machines online, and setting tooling to produce high-quality automotive safety components.

Key Responsibilities CNC Programming:

Create and modify CNC programs directly on the machines for turning operations. Engineering Drawings:

Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings to ensure precision manufacturing. Tool Setting:

Set up and optimize tooling to maximize efficiency and accuracy. CNC Turning:

Operate and oversee CNC turning machines to produce components to specification. Milling Operations:

Perform occasional milling tasks as required to support production needs. Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in CNC programming, particularly with CNC turning operations. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Skilled in online programming directly at the CNC machines. Experience with tooling setup and optimization. Familiarity with CNC milling operations is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
