Handle a variety of shared ownership property transactions from instruction to completion. Client Communication:

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Liaison:
Coordinate with housing associations, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions. Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies. Problem Solving:
