We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to work for a print manufacturing company based in Leicester.
This is a permanent position.
The Job:
You will be responsible for the company Quality System. Investigate and resolve any customer complaints and identify the cause of issues. Ensure company and employee compliance with business requirements. Complete all documents in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure all equipment is serviced and calibrated. Provide training on quality systems, procedures, and guidelines. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm (30 mins lunch break). This is a site-based role. Salary: £35k. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. About You:
Previous Quality Management experience is required. Preferably experience within a manufacturing or production company. Full training will be provided for their systems and processes. Maintain a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with all team members and departments. Exhibit a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is essential.
