Senior Recruitment Coordinator This role will be responsible for temporary staff recruitment working to a fast pace, supervising a vibrant and energetic team of 5. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment, including advertising and sourcing of new candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding. Senior Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Take an active approach in the recruitment of new candidates, attending job fairs/events and contacting recruitment leads Source suitable candidates for each role, selecting the best applicants for interview through CV screening Conduct interviews via phone, video call, and in person Ensure potential staff are suitable for the role by completing the necessary background checks, including obtaining references and DBS checks Source emergency cover in the event of sickness Prepare and send required employment paperwork to appointed staff Coordinate the pre-employment training for seasonal staff Supervise a team of Recruitment Coordinators Senior Recruitment Coordinator Rewards Working in a fun, energetic and tight-knit team, other benefits also include: Generous Holiday Allowance Flexible working outside of busy periods Free onsite parking Regular staff training opportunities Regular Company socials Company Pension Scheme Senior Recruitment Coordinator Essentials Experience of recruitment at some level and seeking to develop a career in internal recruitment Experience of supervising/line managing a team Confident and tenacious problem solver Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and spoken with a great telephone manner Enthusiastic team player, with the drive to complete tasks to a high standard Experience and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment Location Based West of Oxford, with free onsite parking. The role is 100% office-based during peak seasons but some hybrid-working will be available in off-peak season. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm in off-peak season and 8am - 6pm in peak season. Some adhoc weekend work may also be required during peak season.
