HR Advisor
Base: Wigan Investment Centre, WN3 5BA– plus flexible home working options
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: up to £33,000 per year

About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work alongside our HR Assistant to deliver a full generalist HR service. Your role will include all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to leavers and everything in between.
As well as giving advice and guidance to managers and employees, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish.
You will also:
Work on projects
Deal with all employee issues
Provide management reports
And everything else that happens in HR!
As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to have a say, make a difference, and really influence the direction of HR strategy.
About you
First of all, we want to see that you have a genuine interest in this role.
You will also have:
GCSE maths and English or equivalent
CIPD Level 5 qualification would be an advantage
Recent experience as a generalist HR Advisor
A passion for values, culture, and engagement
Technical ability using HR systems, Excel, and reporting tools. Using HiBob would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR policy and procedure interpretation and application
Good knowledge of employment law application and HR best practice
Problem solving and solution focused
Proactive, analytical, robust, and confident
