We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our team in Hoddesdon.
Reporting directly to the ICT Application Team Lead, this role requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence in Application Support. Strong technical skills and the ability to think outside of the box is essential. They will also have an ability to communicate well at all levels of the business. The ICT Application Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting our ERP solution 4PS.
They will take ownership of queries, perform initial investigations & diagnosis through to fault resolution, primarily using business & process knowledge to understand and resolve.

Experience supporting systems Experience with Sharepoint, Azure and Office 365 Excellent communication skills Willing to learn Needed: 2 years + Microsoft dynamics ERP system experience (AX, Nav, BC, 365) Basic understanding of financial accounting principles Trainer experience Implementation of an ERP system Supporting an ERP system 4PS / Business central experience, but not essential Continia experience, but not essential If your past experience doesn’t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
