Junior Product Manager We are partnered with a Retail organisation working on a contract position for a Junior Product Manager to build, prioritise and deliver backlogs for the Data scope of a large digital transformation programme. The Junior Product Manager must have previous agile experience, product management experience, be able to build & prioritise backlogs, run agile ceremonies, lead showcases, and capture product definitions. The role would ideally suit a graduate with 2 plus years work experience within Product Management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the data product team Engage stakeholders to understand user needs Manage the product lifecycle of the data product Build the roadmap for the data product Write user stories based on user needs Prioritise the backlog items with the development team Use agile ways of working to deliver product features Support the data transformation programme with delivering finance data product features to meet programme objectives
